Statistics about Norwegian for Immigrants
Vox is in charge of curricular and pedagogical issues relating to the teaching of Norwegian and social-cultural orientation to adult immigrants.
The research department collects statistics on participation in Norwegian language training and we publish the results of the Norwegian language tests.
Participation in Norwegian language and social studies training
The statistical data concerning training in Norwegian language and social studies are obtained from several registers, and Vox collaborates with The Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi ) and Folkeuniversitetet on these matters.
The Norwegian official language tests are held three times a year.
The Vox Statistics Bank contains detailed figures on participation and results in Norwegian language training and social studies.
Vox also works to gain more knowledge of the effects that Norwegian language tests have on immigrant’s lives and the impact the language training may have on the society.
