Vox is owned by the Ministry of Education and Research and has been given the role of promoting learning in working life.
We relate to all kinds of adult learning in Norway, but the aim of our activities is to contribute to competence development in Norwegian workplaces.

In order to achieve this we cooperate with local authorities, companies, education providers and individuals.
Vox consists of four different departments:

1. Analysis and Internationalisation
2. Projects in Working Life
3. Models of Learning
4. External Communication

Each of these departments is headed by a deputy director. They report to the director, Turid Kjølseth, who makes sure that our activities are in line with the established framework and the signals from the Ministry.
